Wow!  I’ve had the most incredible experience and I just had to share it with you!

A few days ago, I did an initiation with my teacher and mentor (which was incredible!) and the next day during my meditation a new guide came in, St. Cecilia, the patron saint of music and musicians.

Have you ever had that moment when you experienced a piece of art and said, “Wow!  That really speaks to my soul…” Isn’t it incredible how painters, writers, singers, etc. have this ability to speak universally to our human experience through their creations?!  Have you felt that way before?

Well, I had this very experience the other day!  I came across an image that so perfectly represents who I am as a healer and the work I do that I just had to share it with you!

The number one thing I see and hear in the world today are people blaming external forces for their problems or current situation.

You’ve probably heard someone say: “It’s all THEIR fault!”, “Sure my job stinks, but what can I do about it?! I’ve gotta pay the bills, don’t I?”, “Things could NOT get any worse…”

Sound familiar?

Mantras (or chanting) are a spiritual practice that I happen to love. Mantras use sound waves and sound energy to heal our minds on the subconscious level. A mantra is typically defined as a sacred utterance, affirmation, or meditative cue. Mantras are said to increase in benefit through repetition. A mantra is a spiritual discipline.

As I was doing my remote healing for my Shelley’s Angels Group, I kept being reminded about the importance of water from my Angelic Team. The Angels kept telling me to have everyone soak or submerge themselves in water. It could be a bath, shower, walking in the rain, soaking your feet in the ocean or a lake, etc.

I wanted to share a personal story with you today that has lead me to an incredible, healing breakthrough!

But this post isn't just for those experiencing grief

It’s for you if you’re going through: any kind of suffering, sadness, heartache, anxiety, despair, frustration, anger, impatience, or any other emotion weighing down your heart.

Very simply put, the Law of Attraction states that “like attracts like.”   What this law tells you about your own life is that the thoughts you think, feelings you feel, words you say, and actions you take all consist of energy that attracts to it more of its own kind.

That is negative energies attract negative energies, and positive energies attract positive energies. So in a nutshell what you focus on is what you attract!!!

It is so important to take care of our energetic bodies everyday! When we ignore our energy bodies our health and emotions start to decline. This is when illnesses, aches and pains and negative emotions such as depression,anger and frustration set in.
