I Don’t Know How Else to Say This… But You Have to Hear It

I’ve said it a hundred different ways.

I’ve tried to be gentle, patient, compassionate…

But sometimes the truth needs to be said straight,

and here it is:

Dis-ease is caused by toxicity.

That part is simple.

But I want to be clear—it’s not just about “clearing the toxicity.”

Because healing is not a one-lane road.

It’s a full-body system. It’s everything.

You can detox all day long, but if your central nervous system is stuck in fight or flight, you will not heal.

If you’re not sleeping, your cells can’t repair.

If you’re not moving your body, your lymph can’t drain.

If you’re eating clean but still holding onto anger, fear, or trauma— the healing will be partial, and it will be slow.

It all matters.

Because everything is connected.

Healing happens in the parasympathetic state— the “rest, digest, and repair” state.

And most people are living in chronic fight or flight,

rushing from one stressor to the next,

never giving their body the safety it needs to do what it’s designed to do.

Yes, toxicity is a root.

But so is nervous system dysregulation.

So is emotional stagnation.

So is a lack of belief, of sleep, of movement, of presence, of joy.

Healing doesn’t come in a capsule.

It comes in a thousand micro-decisions made every single day.

And here’s the beauty of it:

  • Once you take one step—just one—everything begins to shift.

  • You start sleeping better.

  • You crave healthier food.

  • You feel clearer. Lighter. More empowered.

  • You want more of it. You crave the learning. You want to understand your body.

  • You stop handing your power away and start remembering who you are.

I wake up hungry to learn. Every single day, I’m uncovering new things.

Not because I’m afraid—but because I’m in love with this process.

I want to keep growing. I want to keep expanding. I want to keep refining this temple I live in.

But this message is not for those who are okay being sick.

This is for those who say:

“Why am I not healing?”

“Why do I still feel stuck?”

“Why is nothing working?”

Yet they won’t change.

They won’t try.

They won’t take the first step.

So I say this with love and a firm hand on your shoulder:

You will not heal until you take responsibility.

Not for everything that happened to you,

but for what you choose from this moment forward.

No one is going to save you.

And no one needs to—because you have the power.

So I ask you again:

How badly do you want to heal?

If the answer is yes—start.

Right where you are.

One choice at a time.

Because the body is always listening.

And when you show up for it,

it will show up for you in ways you never imagined.
